Our desserts carry a touch of modern nostalgia, made from scratch in our kitchen using heirloom recipes influenced by European-inspired food trends. We use organic North Carolina milled flour in all our baked goods and carry a commitment as seasonal bakers to partner with local farms and small businesses to produce desserts you can proudly serve at your dinner table.

Orders must be placed via our contact form on the website by November 20 and pre-paid upon receipt of invoice. Pick-up locations will be at Fiddlin’ Fish Brewing on November 26 from 12 - 3 or at Stella Brew on November 27 from 4 - 6.

Sweet Pies

All our pies are rolled out by hand using organic pastry flour milled in North Carolina and filled with fresh fruit and quality ingredients. We source regional farms as much as possible for seasonal fruit and pecans.

Cakes

Our cakes are made from scratch with organic, unbleached flour milled in North Carolina. We use the best quality cocoa and dark chocolate with lots of butter and an array of exciting ingredients, both old-timey and non-traditional. The cakes are garnished simply with a flower.

Our cookies are made with an organic blend of unbleached North Carolina milled flour.
